Half the world still lacks access to essential healthcare. But the issue is not just scarcity – it’s fragmentation. The pieces simply don’t connect. Hospitals and clinics lack the right equipment, paper records make coordination difficult, and limited data hinders informed decision-making. As a result, a rural mother in labor may struggle to access timely and necessary care – and patients often fall through the gaps at key points of transition on the care continuum, from diagnosis to treatment. The system doesn’t have to be broken. Pul Alliance DHE exists to address the gaps, so that every patient has access to quality care when it matters most.

What Is The Care Continuum?
The care continuum is the full path of care — from prevention to long-term follow-up — where every step must connect for patients to stay healthy. Pul Alliance DHE strengthens this path by equipping frontline organizations with effective digital tools and strategies to connect community based primary, secondary and virtual care so people receive timely, reliable care.
We connect local providers with global medical specialists through telehealth, e-consults, remote diagnostics, e-ICUs, and real-time clinical support. These services strengthen diagnosis, treatment planning, and decision-making for facilities that lack in-house expertise, ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality care regardless of location.
Remote Mentorship and Virtual care
We strengthen hospital performance by boosting digital infrastructure, optimizing clinical workflows, training staff, and ensuring reliable medical equipment and supply chains. Through EMR adoption, data systems, operational improvements, and workforce development, hospitals become more coordinated, efficient, and capable of delivering consistent treatment and follow-up care.
Community Based Hospital Programs
We train and equip local community health workers to deliver essential care in underserved areas, giving them livelihoods while strengthening prevention, early detection, follow-up, and links to clinics and hospitals. Their presence builds confidence among vulnerable communities, and combined with practical digital tools, helps keep patients connected across every stage of the care continuum.
