Dr. Manish Kohli is a humanitarian, and a distinguished physician executive leader who has dedicated over 25 years to pioneering groundbreaking healthcare initiatives both in the United States and abroad. His contributions have led to innovations and impact in healthcare delivery, particularly in the realm of digital health. Dr. Kohli’s belief in the transformative power at the intersection of healthcare and technology along with an unwavering dedication to bridging gaps and creating resilient communities led him to Found the Pul Alliance for Digital Health and Equity.

He is CEO of Beyond Horizon Health and also serves on the Board of Program of Academic Exchange (PAX). In previous roles, Dr. Kohli has served in various leadership capacities including Chairman of Board, HIMSS and Chief Medical Information Officer at leading academic medical centers in USA and UAE.

Will Leiner is the Head of Strategy and Operations at PocketRN, where he oversees the company's strategic planning, commercial development initiatives, and overall operations.

Prior to joining PocketRN, Leiner spent five years at Albright Stonebridge Group, a global strategy consulting firm, where he helped to build the firm's fast-growing Health practice spanning pharmaceutical and life sciences, health technology, public health, and health systems strengthening.

Additionally, Leiner spent six years at Johnson & Johnson providing financial and strategic analysis for the company in various markets across the pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer healthcare sectors.

Leiner has furthermore held leadership roles at various nonprofit organizations. 

Bogi Eliasen is the Director of Health at the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies, with a background in political science and international law from the University of Aarhus, Denmark.

With over 25 years of advisory experience, he focuses on the future of health, particularly genomics, data, and digital integration, and has led initiatives such as FarGen, Nordic Health 2030, and Movement Health 2030 earning a HIMSS Future 50 award in 2019. 

Eliasen is instrumental in global health projects, emphasizing data-driven approaches and preventive health strategies. He also holds positions in bioethics and health leadership networks with a focus on dignity and secondary prevention.

Claus Duedal Pedersen serves as CEO of the Sundhed.dk International Foundation, whose core mission is to foster public-private collaborations for the advancement of healthcare and business development.

He brings with him nearly 30 years of experience in the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies within the healthcare sector.

His journey spans pioneering the introduction of Denmark's first EMR system, conceptualizing and executing OUH's Robot and Drone strategy, leading Danish national standards for healthcare ICT infrastructure, and most recently, the development and implementation of a national research and quality infrastructure tailored for Denmark's primary care sector.

Dr. Elliot Sloane is an elected Fellow of HIMSS, the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering, and the American College of Clinical Engineering. 

He is the Emeritus Co-Chair of Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise, co-founder of the Pul Alliance, IHE Patient Devices Domain, and serves as a HIMSS representative for the IHE USA Board of Directors. 

He has also been an active HIMSS DelVal and CNFL chapter board member and committee chair, and is a trained and certified trainer for all three of HIMSS's professional certification programs.

As a health informatics professor at Villanova, Dr. Sloane conducts education and research in telemedicine, AI, mHealth, cybersecurity, and related topics. 

Dr. Mette Maria Skjøth is a healthcare leader with expertise in organizational management, project leadership, informatics, innovation, and research, aimed at improving quality, patient safety, and workflow within healthcare. 

She is Head of Department of Dermatology and Allergy Centre at Odense University Hospital, Denmark, and a specialist advisor at Sundhed.dk.

Dr. Skjøth promotes strategic development, research, and implementation of new projects within eHealth, automation, and AI.

She is chair of the HIMSS Europe EMEA Advisory Board and the Steering Committee for HIMSS Nursing Informatics Community.

Dr. Skjøth holds a PhD in health science, is a Registered Nurse, and has completed a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration – Organization (HD). 

Tom Judd, MS, FHIMSS is an experienced international health technology consultant with organizations that include the WHO. He has worked in health systems for 45 years.

He serves as Associate Editor for Health IT and Quality at The Permanente Journal, sits on the Editorial Board for the Global Clinical Engineering Journal, and has previously contributed to the HIMSS Davies EHR Award Committee and HIMSS Global Health Conference as an Education Telehealth leader.

He is past Chair of the global Clinical Engineering  professional society enabling HT leaders in 210 countries that uniquely partnered with WHO during COVID19.  

Dr. Michael Zaroukian, MD, PhD, MACP, FHIMSS is a board-certified clinical informaticist and general internal medicine physician. He chairs the Michigan Health IT Commission and is Professor Emeritus of Medicine at Michigan State University. He also works with the AMIA Climate, Health and Informatics Working Group.

Dr. Zaroukian served as Chief Medical Information Officer for a health system that received HIMSS Stage 7 and HIMSS Davies Award recognition for health IT adoption and use to improve quality and patient safety. 

He also served as Chair of the HIMSS Enterprise Board of Directors and the HIMSS North America Board of Directors. He received the HIMSS Physician IT Leadership Award and the AMIA Leadership Award.

Bruce Steinberg has over 30 years of international operating and NED experience. He continues to be a Member of the Council for Beyond Type 1 (Diabetes).

Steinberg was the Managing Director and Executive Vice President of HIMSS International. In this role, he led HIMSS’ international operations in addressing improvements in the quality, safety, and efficiency of healthcare for hospitals and healthcare systems worldwide. 

Prior to HIMSS, he was CEO of Big White Wall (‘Togetherall’), an online international platform for mental health services. 

Additionally, he held senior executive positions at MTV Europe, UK Gold & Living TV, Sky Television, Fox Kids, and HIT Entertainment.

Steinberg earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MA (Cantab) from Cambridge University and a BA from Columbia University. He is based in London. 

Dr. Gabriela Wilson is an internationally recognized health informatics expert passionate about harnessing the power of research and translating it into community action. 

She currently serves as a Professor and Founding Co-Director of the Multi-Interprofessional Center for Health Informatics (MICHI) at the University of Texas at Arlington and the Director of MICHI’s Health and Public Health Informatics division. 

Dr. Wilson is also the co-chair of the HIMSS Technology Informatics Guiding Education Reform (TIGER) International Initiative; chair-elect of the AMIA Parmacoinformatics Workgroup; a Fellow member of HIMSS and the International Academy of Health Sciences Informatics; and a Senior National Academy of Inventors member.

Dr. Liz Trimnell is a healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience delivering technical solutions in healthcare organizations. She is the Director of Application Development for the Digital Experience Program at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where she leads seasoned analysts, developers, and testers.

She has held leadership positions at Children’s Hospital in Washington D.C., and Johns Hopkins Community Physicians in Baltimore, Maryland. Her background includes consulting experience in business operations and technology implementation in various healthcare environments.

Dr. Trimnell holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and Project Management Professional and Certified Professional in Health Information Management Systems certifications.

Dave Levin, MD is a physician, executive and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, information technology and innovation. He also has extensive venture advisory experience and works with both investors and portfolio companies.  

From 2020 to 2023, Dr. Levin served as the Chief Medical & Information Officer for Phlow USA, an innovative pharmaceutical manufacturer focused on ensuring that essential medicines are available to all who need them. 

Previously, he served as Chief Medical Information Officer for Cleveland Clinic where he was responsible for clinical information systems worldwide.

Chris Walker is a change leader with more than 35 years of professional experience leading change and talent development projects in Kuwait, Mexico, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, the United States, and the UAE. He is currently a Senior Managing Consultant with IBM in Dubai. 

Dr. Sanka Amadoru is a geriatrician who has clinical experience across tertiary, primary, and secondary care settings in Melbourne, Australia, with a focus on underserved population groups and dementia. He is a director of Aria Health, and clinician advisor to the Australian Digital Health Agency. 

Sanka Amadoru focuses on how digital health can support improving outcomes for older people.
